About Maralika

Maralika provides educational content and learning services, including recorded courses, live online classes, learning materials, assessments, and other language-learning activities.

The courses and services offered by Maralika may change from time to time as the platform develops and new educational programs are introduced.

Registration and User Information

Students or their parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information when registering with Maralika.

Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date.

If a student is a minor, the parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent and/or register on behalf of the student, as applicable.

User Account

Each account is intended for the individual student for whom it was registered.

Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and should not share their username, password, or other account access information with another person.

If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, you should inform Maralika as soon as possible.

Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in a paid course is confirmed after successful payment through the payment methods provided by Maralika.

Course fees will be displayed before the purchase is completed.

Applicable taxes, charges, or other fees, if any, will be displayed or applied as required.

Course enrollment does not give the student ownership of Maralika's educational content or course materials.

Course Access

Students will receive access to the course or classes according to the course description provided at the time of enrollment.

Recorded courses may have a specified access period, depending on the individual course.

Live courses will be conducted according to the schedule communicated to enrolled students.

Maralika may make reasonable changes to course schedules, content, instructors, or delivery methods when necessary.

Live Classes

Students attending live classes are expected to participate respectfully and follow the instructions of the instructor.

Students should make reasonable efforts to attend classes at the scheduled time.

If a student misses a live class, access to a recording or make-up class will depend on the arrangements specified for that particular course.

Maralika may establish additional guidelines for individual live courses where necessary.

Academic Integrity

Students are expected to complete assignments, exercises, assessments, and examinations honestly.

Students should not copy another person's work, submit someone else's work as their own, or use unauthorized assistance during assessments where independent work is required.

Where a course specifically permits collaboration or assistance, students may participate according to the instructions provided by the instructor.

Respectful Learning Environment

Maralika aims to provide a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for students, instructors, and staff.

Students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with courtesy and respect.

Harassment, bullying, threats, abusive language, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be permitted during live classes, discussions, communication, or other Maralika activities.

Maralika may take appropriate action when such behaviour occurs, including restricting or suspending access to the relevant service.
